Qualification : BE/BTech or Graduate (FTTH-Product like OLT ONTs, CCNA certification is an extra advantage.)
Job Responsibilities : ►   Pre & Post Technical Support to Customer ISP Offline & Online.
►   POC In-House as well as Customer Site in PAN India.
►   OLT & ONT Firmware & Hardware Configuration.
►   Technical Resolution at customer end.
Knowledge & Skills : ►   BE/B.Tech-Electronics & Communication or Graduate.
►   CCNA Certification.
►   Technical Competency on EPON GPON OLT, ONU/ONT.
►   Should have any of the following Certification like CCNA or CCNP.
►   Good Troubleshooting Skills in Routing like RIP, OSPF etc.
►   Hands on experience on VLANS, STP, RSTP, MSTP etc.
►   IPV4, IPV6 & TR069 for Voice.
►   Hands on Experience on different make OLTs and ONTs.
►   POC Experience with different ISPs.
►   In-house Testing & Outdoor (Customer End) Testing Experience.
