► Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve SMT equipment and solution sales targets.
► Identify business opportunities in EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services), OEMs, and contract manufacturers.
► Building and maintaining customer relationships.
► Experienced in selling end-to-end EMS solutions including PCB Assembly, Box Build, and Turnkey Projects, with deep understanding of SMT processes, BOM evaluation, cost estimation, and commercial negotiations.
